How do I confirm my booking?
As you enter your credit card details and press the ‘confirm’ button, your booking will be confirmed. From here you will be taken to the confirmation page where you will be required to press the ‘submit’ button. Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email. While you are at the airport, you will be required to show the copy of the confirmation email sent by Almeezab Travel and the copy of your valid password. You will be issued an e-ticket once these requirements are verified.

Can I cancel a reserved flight?
You can send the cancellation request to email@example.com and directly contact us through a phone call. If the payment of the booking is not received in the 72 hours, it will be canceled automatically.
In which hotel, I will be staying in?

When and how will I receive my ticket(s)?
Tickets are delivered through courier services. In the UK, most of our clients prefer receiving the tickets via Registered Mail. To acquire these services, the participant must be present or else you will have to pick up the ticket(s) from the certain location as communicated. Also, keep in mind to have your ID card along. Typically, you will receive the tickets within 7 days of booking, however, the urgent tickets will be delivered in 24 hours
What is the difference between Expert Rating and User Rating?
Expert rating is provided by Almeezab Experts after verification of travel agency credentials including certification, registration, market reputation and package details (hotel accommodation, conveyance facility). Whereas user rating is given by pilgrims based on their experiences with Almeezab Travel.
What is luggage allowance?
Luggage allowance is also known as hand baggage allowance and cabin luggage allowance. The rule varies from one airline to another. We recommend you to contact the airline company of which you are using the service to find about luggage allowance.
Can I book flights for my friends and family if I am not traveling?
Yes, you can book flights for others. The procedure remains same. Though we will need to confirm in this case and therefore you will be contacted directly. Before confirmation, the reservation will not be made.
How early am I required to book the flight before traveling?
You can book the traveling package as much as 10 months in advance.
What about refunds?
Refunds will probably depend on the case. The refunding procedure can take less than 15-40 days or even up to 12 months. The consolidator and the airline company is given the right to review the case before ending up with refunding. However, in most case, the refunding charges are £5.00 per passenger.
What is the difference between a direct flight and a non-stop flight?
A direct flight frequently stops on an airport for refueling but does not permit passengers to get off the plane. On the other hand, passengers are allowed to get off the plane in indirect flights. They are offered some time to stay at the airport or roam around in the city. Whereas, the non-stop flight flies without any break. These flights does not allow passengers to get off the plane neither stop for refueling.

Can we make corrections in case there is a spelling mistake in the name on the ticket?
Yes, you can correct the wrongly spelled name. It is very crucial to change the spellings of the name if it varies from the information on your passport or else you will be not allowed to travel. To avoid such issues on the airports, it’s an excellent way to keep all the documents well organized.
What about last minute reservations?
Last minute reservations are mostly not available. In case they are available, they are relatively expensive. Therefore, we do not recommend you to make last minute reservations unless there is an emergency.
