According to the latest figures, about two million pilgrims have performed Hajj this year and this is a desire of everyone to help others. Recently, a video has been shared on social media in which we have seen a young boy who is cutting plastic bags, so that the pilgrims could place their shoes.
There are other volunteers that are present to help people, other than workers placed by Saudi Government irrespective of 5 star or economical Hajj packages. Eid ul Adha or “feast of sacrifice” is celebrated to honor Hazrat Ibrahim’s test of faith. For that purpose, pilgrims slaughter and distribute livestock to the needy. During the last three days of Hajj, all pilgrims sleep in tent valley called “Mina”.
